James Holland is a Senior Surveyor within the Valuation & Advisory team, based in Dublin. James joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, having completed the MSc in Real Estate throughout 2020/2021. He started as a graduate surveyor in the Valuation & Advisory department in August 2021 before rotating to Capital Markets from late 2022 to 2023, where he passed his APC. James then returned to the Valuation & Advisory team where he was promoted to Senior Surveyor in the summer of 2025.

James is a RICS Registered Valuer and a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI). He specialises in hotel, office investment & retail investment valuations, with particular expertise in shopping centres.
