About
Johnny Hanrahan is a Divisional Director on the Valuation & Advisory team and is based in Dublin. He rejoined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, following a previous six year tenure with the firm from 2012 to 2018. He brings extensive experience across both commercial and residential property markets, having worked in industrial and residential development agency teams and accumulated more than a decade of valuation and advisory expertise. Johnny primarily focuses on valuations for secured lending, loan review, and fund reporting. He has developed a particular specialism in development land and multi tenanted investment valuations, where his market insight and analytical approach are especially valued.
He holds a BA in Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate Agency from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Northumbria University. Johnny is also a chartered member of both the SCSI and RICS and is an RICS Registered Valuer. His experience, technical knowledge and market awareness make him a trusted advisor in an ever-changing market.
