Jonathan Ross is a Director on the Valuation & Advisory team. He is based in the Dublin Office. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 working in the Development Agency team and then transferred to the Valuation & Advisory team in 2000 to work on secured lending instructions with a focus on development land. He is the point of contact for both the Irish pillar banks regular portfolio valuations and has a wide and extensive client base for those seeking secured lending as well as for fund valuations. He has been an expert witness in court proceedings; at the Valuation Tribunal and has presented before the State Arbitrator on a CPO dispute. 

Jonathan is a registered valuer and a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland & Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He was also an assessor on the APC Panel.
