Orla Barrett is Head of PRS & Lettings within Asset Services, where she leads client relationships across a range of residential portfolios and acts as a trusted advisor to key clients. She is responsible for the mobilisation and operation of new PRS schemes, the development and execution of leasing strategies to optimise occupancy and rental performance, and the delivery of financial oversight.

With over a decade of experience in residential lettings and property management,  Orla is particularly recognised for her extensive expertise with the RTB and the wider regulatory framework governing the Irish residential market. She advises clients on complex tenancy matters, RTB disputes, compliance obligations, and risk management strategies, helping to navigate legislative challenges while protecting both asset performance and client interests.
Orla joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2025 as Divisional Director. Prior to this, she served as Head of Property Management at Sherry FitzGerald Lettings, where she was responsible for operational leadership, compliance, and the delivery of property management services across a substantial residential portfolio.
