Patrick Hogan is an International Partner and Head of EMEA Living and Living Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the Living Sector. He is an experienced advisor in PRS/BTR investment and operation, as well as student accommodation, seniors housing and co-living. Over the past decade with the firm, Patrick has played a pivotal role in shaping our Living Capital Markets strategy. Prior to his current EMEA leadership role, Patrick led the top-performing Living Capital Markets team in Ireland.
