Sarah Garry is an Associate Director within the Valuation & Advisory team, based in Dublin. Sarah joined the Valuation team at Cushman & Wakefield in 2023, bringing with her over 20 years of property experience in the areas of commercial agency, asset management, valuation and advisory. She is responsible for overseeing many large fund valuations regularly, completing valuations for secured lending and providing strategic advice to clients, with a particular focus on sustainability and ESG.

She is the Chair of the Society of Chartered Surveyors 'Sustainability Committee' and sits on Council. She is an active member of the Irish Green Building Council and various professional groups relating to Sustainability in the Built Environment.
