Sean O'Connell is a Divisional Director in the Asset Services team at Cushman & Wakefield in Ireland, with over 18 years of experience managing large-scale commercial property across office, retail, and industrial sectors in Ireland and the UK.

He has built his career working with some of Ireland's most prominent institutional investors, managing portfolios exceeding €2.7 billion in value. His current portfolio includes Salesforce Tower Dublin - the company's EMEA headquarters and one of Ireland's most prestigious office campuses - where he manages the asset on behalf of Salesforce.

Sean specialises in sustainability-led asset management, occupier engagement, and PropTech innovation, having delivered significant energy reduction programmes and secured LEED and WELL certifications across managed assets.

He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds an MSc in Real Estate.
