About

Susan McGinnell is a Divisional Director on the Valuation & Advisory team and is based in Dublin. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as a Graduate Surveyor and has worked within our Property Management and Valuation & Advisory teams. Susan provides valuations to both domestic and international clients for the purposes of loan security and internal use. She is the former Chairperson of the SCSI NEXUS group and currently sits on the SCSI Valuation PG. While performing valuations on a range of asset classes Susan's specialism is in Living where she also sits on the C&W EMEA Steering Group for valuations of this sector.
