Javier began his commercial Real Estate career in 2010 in Coldwell Banker Commercial, Javier along with his team have won the “Top Producing Team” in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 and Individually won “Top Producing Broker” in 2021, and CBC’s “Circle of Distinction” award in 2018, 2020 and 2021.

As of 2022 Mr. Romero serves at Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Director, co-leading the Business Services team. Part of his leading role focuses on redesigning and modernizing processes resulting in efficiency and effectiveness in business development and its execution.

During the last 5 years Javier has been involved in over 80 successful commercial transactions within the Mexico’s office market, representing more than 1,000,000 sf for AAA International and National companies.

  • PIC Certification and has completed CCIM courses 101,102 & 104.
  • Entrepreneurship Specialization Candidate from Wharton (Pennsylvania)
