Expanded partner group strengthens advisory capabilities and career opportunities across the firm
Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s leading real estate advisors, today announces the appointment of five new Partners within its Dutch business: Marco d’Hulst, Maikel van Dijk, Fabian Pouwelse, Evelien Ravesteijn and David Vos. These promotions reflect the firm’s commitment to empowering impactful experts and enhancing the quality of service delivered to clients.

Five new Partners
- Marco d’Hulst joined Cushman & Wakefield ten years ago and specialises in data-driven valuations of large-scale residential portfolios. He primarily advises Dutch institutional investors and developers and is a key driver of innovation in valuation processes.
- Maikel van Dijk has been part of the Valuations & Advisory team since 2014, focusing on valuations of major residential portfolios for both national and international clients. He combines deep market knowledge with a broad international perspective.
- Fabian Pouwelse leads the Healthcare Valuations team and is recognised as one of the leading valuers in the Dutch healthcare real estate sector. He brings sector-specific expertise to valuations and advisory services for care institutions, financiers and (inter)national investors.
- Evelien Ravesteijn has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and serves as Regional Head South Holland, overseeing leasing and sales of office space. She connects local market knowledge with a broad network of occupiers, investors and developers in the region.
- David Vos heads Capital Markets Living and advises institutional investors, developers and public authorities on complex transactions and portfolios. With strategic insight and an analytical approach, he is a trusted advisor to leading market players.
