Based in Amsterdam, David Vos leads Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets team for the Living sector in the Netherlands. He advises institutional investors, developers, and public sector organisations on complex residential real estate transactions, acquisitions, and disposals.

With in-depth knowledge of the Dutch residential market and international investment dynamics, David helps clients identify opportunities, structure transactions, and create long-term value. His expertise spans development sites, turnkey residential projects, and strategic portfolio transactions across the living sector.
