About

Marco d'Hulst joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) over a decade ago, starting as a graduate in the Specials team. After completing his studies, he transitioned into the Living valuation team, where he developed a strong interest in data-driven valuation methodologies. This led him to pursue a post-master’s programme in Business Analytics & Data Science at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. 

Today, Marco focuses on the valuation of large residential portfolios for leading clients in the sector. His work supports financial reporting, acquisition and disposal decisions, and financing strategies. With housing continuing to be a key theme in the Netherlands, Marco remains committed to delivering reliable, data-informed insights in a dynamic market.

My Team

Marco leads the domestic residential valuation team, which primarily serves Dutch investment firms and banks and specialises in large-scale residential portfolios. As part of the broader Living Valuation & Advisory team, comprising around 20 specialists, they contribute to high-quality valuation services across the residential sector.
