About

Maikel van Dijk has been part of the Valuation & Advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield since 2014. He leads the international investors residential team and is responsible for a diverse range of clients, with a strong focus on residential real estate. His assignments range from valuations of a small asset groups (<10) to large-scale portfolios. These valuations are used for financial reporting, acquisition and disposal decisions, and financing purposes, including mortgage lending values, for both national and international clients.

Together with the EMEA Key Client team, Maikel actively contributes to expanding the scope of work throughout EMEA.

My Team

The international investors residential team works with leading Dutch and international investment firms, national and international banks. The team collaborates closely with the wider Cross Border Team on large pan-European assignments, ensuring seamless coordination and consistent delivery across markets.
