About

Eelco is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield and leads the Living valuation team in the Netherlands. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has built extensive experience in valuing residential assets for a wide range of clients, including institutional investors - both domestic and international - as well as social housing corporations.

He is responsible for coordinating large-scale valuation projects, such as the annual valuation of multiple assets for Ymere, and has conducted numerous single-asset valuations for financing, renovation, and sustainability purposes.

In addition to his leadership role, Eelco is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and social housing sector events. He is also regularly consulted by the Dutch government on the implications of new legislation for the residential market.
