About
Esther de Jong is an Associate Transaction Management within Global Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, she advises corporate occupiers on commercial real estate, real estate strategy, transaction management, and portfolio optimisation.
As a Multi-Service Global Account Manager, Esther supports international organisations in managing and optimising their real estate portfolios. She coordinates regional teams, acts as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, and ensures consistency in reporting, processes, and documentation across international real estate activities.
Esther has extensive experience managing complex occupier projects and supports clients with lease coordination, acquisitions and disposals, tenders, market analyses, business case development, cash flow analysis, and strategic portfolio advisory. She also contributes to the development of playbooks and process standards that help deliver efficient and consistent real estate solutions.
By combining relationship management, project management, and commercial negotiation skills, Esther helps organisations make informed real estate decisions. Her practical and people-focused approach enables clients to align their real estate strategies with broader business objectives, both locally and internationally.
