Based in Utrecht, Frans Breedijk is Client Finance Lead within Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services business. With more than 25 years of experience in property accounting and client finance, he supports real estate investors and property owners in managing complex financial administration processes efficiently and accurately.
Frans is responsible for delivering accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting and accounting services. He advises clients on reporting requirements under IFRS, US GAAP, and Dutch GAAP, helping them meet a wide range of financial reporting and compliance obligations.
By leveraging advanced platforms such as Yardi, SAP, and REMS, Frans ensures clients have access to reliable financial data and insights that support informed decision-making and enhance asset performance.My Team
The Client Finance team consists of more than 45 finance professionals specialising in property accounting, contract administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, service charge administration, and financial reporting. Through a centralised and efficient operating model, the team helps clients optimise financial processes, improve data quality, and meet regulatory and tax requirements. In addition, the team offers extensive expertise in tax advisory and real estate-related financial matters. Our services enable clients to focus on their investment objectives while we ensure accurate, reliable, and cost-effective financial administration.
