Based in Amsterdam, Jordy Diepeveen is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team, specialising in the office market and Life Sciences Real Estate.

With more than 17 years of experience in the Dutch real estate market, Jordy advises investors, property owners, and other market participants on real estate investments, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic investment decisions. Through his in-depth market knowledge, analytical mindset, and data-driven approach, he helps clients identify opportunities and make informed investment decisions.

Throughout his career, Jordy has been involved in numerous single-asset transactions and portfolio transactions with a combined transaction value exceeding €4 billion. His experience in both valuation and real estate investment enables him to provide strategic advice throughout the entire investment lifecycle.

Jordy’s combination of investment expertise, market insight, and collaborative approach has made him a trusted adviser to both institutional and private investors.
