Robbert Wiggers is an Associate Valuer within Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, he leads the Dutch Retail Valuation Team and specialises in the valuation of retail real estate, automotive real estate, and complex real estate portfolios.

With extensive experience in the retail sector, Robbert advises clients on a wide range of valuation assignments, including shopping centres, supermarkets, large-format retail properties, and high street and out-of-town retail assets. He has also developed specialist expertise within the automotive sector, where ongoing developments such as electrification, changing mobility concepts, and new retail formats continue to transform the real estate landscape.

In his role, Robbert is responsible for the operational management, quality control, and coordination of valuation assignments within the retail practice. He combines in-depth market knowledge with an analytical and pragmatic approach, supporting clients with financing, financial reporting, portfolio valuations, and a broad range of valuation and advisory matters.
