Cushman & Wakefield Announces Tom Nuttall As Head of UK Valuation & Advisory

London, 2 November 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield has today confirmed that Tom Nuttall will take on the role of Head of UK Valuation & Advisory from the start of 2024. He will succeed Karen Clements who is retiring at the end of the year.

Nuttall, an International Partner who joined the firm as a graduate surveyor in 2006, was most recently Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Specialist Markets Valuation & Advisory team covering the valuation of Healthcare, Living, Life Sciences, PBSA, Self-Storage, Hospitality, Infrastructure and Alternative asset types.

Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Valuation & Advisory Division comprises a national team of sector specialists who provide data-led advice and commercial insight to deliver tailored solutions to support clients.

George Roberts, Head of UK & Ireland, Cushman & Wakefield, said “Both Karen and I are delighted that Tom has been able to develop his career with us and progress all the way from graduate to becoming Head of our UK Valuation & Advisory business. His appointment reflects our belief in the strength of our Valuation & Advisory proposition and the importance of extending our valuation services to cover non-traditional asset types which is key to supporting the strategies of many of our clients. Karen has made an outstanding contribution during her time with the firm, not only through her leadership roles but also through her contribution to the wider firm – notably as Chair of our Inspire DEI programme – and will leave with our best wishes for the future."

Tom Nuttall, incoming Head of UK Valuation & Advisory, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Karen has done a wonderful job and I feel an enormous sense of pride to be taking up the reins from her. We have market-leading Valuation & Advisory teams with the sector knowledge and experience to support our clients in making informed decisions. We have ambitious plans for the future and I’m looking forward to working with this talented team to deliver them.”

Tom Nuttall will become Head of UK Valuation & Advisory on 1 January 2024.
