Jade Hubbard • 10/10/2022

ORLANDO, Florida, October 10, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has arranged the sale of the University Corporate Center I, a 129,087-square-foot (sf) office building located at 3501 Quadrangle Blvd.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Rick Colon, Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, and Dominic Montazemi, with support from Zachary Eicholtz and Ryan Jenkins, represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. In addition, Todd Davis and Robert Kellogg of Cushman & Wakefield provided local leasing expertise on the sale and will be retained by the buyer, Castle Lanterra, to oversee leasing efforts for the property going forward.

“As tenants continue their flight to modern and well-located Class A office space, University Corporate Center is well positioned to continue its outperformance of the broader market. This offering received substantial investor interest from a diverse buyer pool,” said Rick Colon, Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

University Corporate Center I is a best-in-class suburban office building located in Orlando’s Quadrangle Business Park, one of the region’s premier business campuses. The office building is LEED certified and has been well maintained with previous ownership investing more than $1.5 million (equating to $12 psf) in recent capital upgrades.
