SHORT HILLS, N.J. – Oct. 17, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm has negotiated a new long-term headquarters lease for Selective Insurance at 103 John F Kennedy Parkway in Short Hills, New Jersey. The insurance group signed a deal to lease 122,525 square feet and will begin occupancy in 2026.
Cushman & Wakefield's David DeMatteis, Robert Rudin, Jan Randall, and Christina Magill represented Selective Insurance in the transaction. The landlord, Columbia Pacific Advisors, LLC, was represented by Timothy Greiner and Mike Pietrowicz of JLL.

The new location is in a key transportation hub, offering commuter and business travel options via major highways, airports, rail, and bus, and quick access to the vibrant downtown areas of Summit, Millburn, and Chatham. The building sits directly across from Short Hills Mall and Eataly, offering employees convenient amenities and dining options.
Columbia Pacific Advisors has committed to a comprehensive modernization of 103 John F Kennedy Parkway, including installation of larger windows throughout, new HVAC systems, and upgraded electrical switchgear. Selective Insurance is partnering with Mancini Duffy to design a state-of-the-art workplace environment that reflects modern office standards.
