ORLANDO, December 23, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented EQT Real Estate in its disposition of 5050 Wesley Road in Apopka, Florida.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Davis, Rick Colon, Rick Brugge, and Dominic Montazemi represented EQT Real Estate in its sale of the fully occupied building.

Located within Apopka Commerce Center, the 546,820 square foot cross dock distribution center was built in 2023 and features 40-foot clear heights, 150 dock doors, four drive-in doors, and 190-foot truck courts.

The property sits adjacent to Orlando Apopka Airport and provides exceptional access to U.S. Highway 441, the newly expanded Florida SR 429, and SR 414 providing connectivity to the broader Orlando and Central Florida transportation network. This positioning and access to main transportation arteries allows its users to reach a population of 43 million within eight hours.
