Phoenix, AZ – December 15, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Hayden Corporate Center, a two-story, multi-tenant office building totaling approximately 55,015 square feet at 8283 North Hayden Road in Scottsdale. The final sale price was $10,005,356.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team of Eric Wichterman, Alexandra Loye, Chris Toci and Mike Coover, along with Office Leasing professionals Scott Boardman and Paige Blanzy, represented the seller, Hayden Corporate Center, LLC, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Revelation RE, Bret Anderson, Principal.
