Alexandra Loye is an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, Arizona serving as a key member of two teams in the Capital Markets and Life Sciences sectors. With more than 12 years of brokerage experience, Alexandra is a respected commercial real estate broker and authority with a distinguished skillset specializing in healthcare and life sciences. She has completed more than 500 sales and lease transactions valued at $675 million during her successful career.  

On Cushman & Wakefield’s Private + Institutional Investment Advisors Phoenix Capital Markets team, Alexandra partners with  Steve Lindley, Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover. Together, the four veteran brokers advise the full range of investor clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and development of office, industrial, life science, healthcare and mixed-use properties in Arizona. Collectively, the team completed over 80 sales in 2020 and 2021—with a value exceeding $800 million and 2.7 million square feet in 2021. 

Alexandra also leads a three-person team including colleagues Scott Boardman and Kristina Cutillo that focuses on Life Sciences transactions. As the market expert, Alexandra offers extensive knowledge and expertise into this essential and booming real estate sector. For years, she has kept her finger on the pulse of life sciences, now an emerging industry in Metro Phoenix. One of Alexandra’s key assignments has been representing Wexford Science + Technology in the company’s highly successful life science development, 850 PBC, located on the Phoenix Biomedical Campus in downtown Phoenix, one of the most prominent campuses servicing the field.
