Andy Slowik, Margery Johnson, Rachel Ealy, Jordan Wean and Bayne Porter Represent the Seller in Orlando-market Land Deal for New Small-bay Industrial Development
ORLANDO, February 20, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented Anglo Centurion LLC in its sale of 12.89 acres of land in Groveland, Florida, to Cronacher Development Corp.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andy Slowik, Margery Johnson, Rachel Ealy, Jordan Wean and Bayne Porter represented the seller in the $2.7 million transaction. Raymond Romano of CBRE represented the buyer.
The site is located in Christopher C. Ford Commerce Park on American Way between O’Brien Road and Independence Boulevard near U.S. Highway 27 and Florida’s Turnpike. Additionally, it is zoned for industrial development and ideally suited for small-bay development.
“This was the first property that was acquired by Anglo Centurion LLC, after the company was formed in 2013 with Kelvin L. Eder,” said Robert Kantecki, Partner, Anglo Centurion LLC. “We realized it was a special property, bearing in mind its central location within the Christopher C. Ford Commercial Park. Many thanks to Cushman & Wakefield who have been so professional to deal with, right up to the completion of the sale.”
Added Ealy, Cushman & Wakefield Director, “This was one of the last remaining development opportunities in Christopher C. Ford Park, and its sale highlights the strength of the Lake County market as well as the rising demand for small-bay industrial product. As we track residential growth in the Orlando region and across the state, it’s evident that the west side of Orlando is poised for continued expansion, and this future small-bay industrial development is in a strong position to attract the workforce needed to serve that expansion.”
