Private + Institutional Investment Advisors Phoenix

Private + Institutional Investment Advisors Phoenix advises the full range of clients on acquisitions, dispositions, capitalization, and development of office, industrial, healthcare, life science, and mixed-use properties in Arizona. This team combines Steve Lindley and Alexandra Loye of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group with Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover of Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Capital Group.

This dynamic team offers unparalleled access to the vast and elusive private capital markets through Eric & Mike's dominant market share and buyer access as part of Cushman & Wakefield's Southwest Region Private Capital Group. Our clients benefit from deep experience and relationships with sophisticated institutional and high-net worth investors with Steve's 30-year track record enhanced by Alexandra's exceptional relationships and history of success.

In the Phoenix market, access to both private and institutional investor profiles is critical to your success. For larger office and industrial sales over 200,000 SF, only 25% were between an institutional and institutional investor; the balance included a private investor on one or both sides. And institutional investors were involved in 48% of smaller 50,000 to 100,000 SF sales.

Our integrated model, combining the best of two teams with different approaches, provides you with a significant benefit in a market where private buyers often outbid institutions on larger sales, and many institutional investors are buying smaller assets. It’s simple, our broad-based marketing approach produces the most offers, from the best buyers, to maximize your value.

We work together seamlessly: our two teams have collaborated for 10 years on over 35 successful transactions. We know how to capitalize on each group's different approach and buyer access to deliver you results far superior to our competition.

We have a best-in-market, dedicated support team of 5 seasoned professionals in marketing, research, transaction management and financial analysis. Our clients receive not just the best results, but the highest quality service that makes doing business a pleasure and ensuring a smooth process to a successful close.

We continue to make the market
, with more successful sales than any other team. We had 64 sales in 2020 and 2021 of office, multi-tenant industrial, mixed-use and healthcare properties. We have experience across the full size range from smaller sub-$10 million to sales over $50 million.
