Joe Caridi is the Managing Principal of the Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island Markets in the Tri-State Region. A key member of the firm’s Tri-State management team, Joe oversees both brokerage and operations, and is responsible for driving growth, recruiting and executing strategic initiatives for these vital markets.

Joe was the former Tri-State Region Chief Operating Officer for Colliers International, where he directed the day-to-day operations of the firm, managing the production and revenue components of the business, including brokerage, consulting services, project management, human resources and information technology. He also oversaw the recruiting and growth initiatives for the region, strategically enhancing the overall talent and capabilities of the firm.
