Joel Maimon is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield's Oakland office. His focus on achieving client goals through his strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, personal integrity and attention to detail are the traits that have enabled him to maintain long-term relationships with his clients. The foundation of Mr. Maimon’s service to his clients is built upon carefully listening to every detail of his client’s needs. This has enabled him to craft real estate strategies that result in the optimum outcome for his clients. 

As an advisor to his clients, Mr. Maimon provides a wide range of services including renewal and relocation negotiations, providing present and future needs analysis, strategic planning, market surveys and comparisons, financial analysis and purchase versus lease evaluations. He represents international, national and regional businesses and non-profits occupying office space in the East Bay and elsewhere throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Maimon was honored as the #1 agent while in Newmark's Oakland office in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2017. Mr. Maimon was consistently a Top 5 Agent while in Newmark's Oakland office. In 2009 and 2010, he was ranked 16th in Newmark's Companywide Top 20 list, consisting of more than 300 agents. In 2005, he was honored as one of Newmark’s Top Rookies.
