About

As Managing Principal, Travis Overall leads Cushman & Wakefield’s advisory and services business in Houston. He is responsible for driving growth across the market, strengthening client relationships and advancing the firm’s platform by bringing together service lines to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions for occupier and investor clients. Travis also plays a key role in recruiting and developing top industry talent to support the firm’s long-term success in Houston and across Texas.

Travis brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing and asset management. He joined Cushman & Wakefield from Brookfield Properties, where he served as Executive Vice President overseeing the firm’s Houston office business. Prior to Brookfield, Travis spent 19 years with Hines, where he managed Class A commercial real estate portfolios valued at more than $2 billion.

Based in Houston, Travis has worked extensively throughout the Southwest, including Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Texas, and is recognized for his market insight, leadership and collaborative approach.
