About

Todd Schwartz serves as the Northeast Regional President of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York market and as head of Latin America. In this role, Todd is responsible for driving growth, developing our talent strategy, and ensuring our clients receive the best service possible throughout the Northeast and LATAM markets. He is additionally responsible for all business lines and personnel in the New York market. Over the past several years, Todd held critical leadership positions in C&W’s Americas business including President of Platform & Service Delivery, Chief Operating Officer, Americas, and Head of Global Occupier Services (GOS), Americas. 

Todd is a licensed attorney in the state of New York and received his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his BA from Connecticut College with a major in Government and a minor in Sociology. He resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn and enjoys spending time with his two daughters, family and friends, and writing/producing/recording music.
