In parallel, under the leadership of Ned Goodwin and Bobby Koutsaris, our team has built a global data center advisory platform that extends beyond occupier representation to include investors, landlords, and developers. We advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and strategic positioning of mission-critical data center assets across global markets. Over the last decade our team has advised on more than $9B of data center transactions worldwide. Our team’s current assignments including occupier transaction management for 300+ data centers and colocation sites across 60 countries and 40+ agency leasing and sales assignments totaling 14 GW of capacity.
