About

Art Santry joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. office in 2009. He currently co-chairs Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group and is a member of the firm’s Not-for-Profit Practice Group and sits on the Executive Committee of the Tenant Advisory Group. Art has over 30 years of leasing transaction, development and strategic planning experience. His track record of providing solutions to law firms, and for non-profit organizations paired with his extensive relationships and stellar reputation for client service, enable him to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of his clients. Most recently, Art served for three years as Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis in Washington, D.C., where he was the number one producer in the Mid-Atlantic region. Over the last five years, Art has completed over 200 lease and sale transactions totaling over 4.5M square feet and $3B in total consideration. Art’s expertise include overseeing two million square feet of high end office space development between 2016-2019 totaling over $1.5 billion in development costs.
