About
Art Santry joined Cushman & Wakefield in the Washington, DC office in 2009. Throughout his +35-year career, Art has provided his leadership and extensive real estate knowledge while representing some of the largest tenants in the Washington Metropolitan Region. His track record of providing solutions to law firms, and for non-profit organizations paired with his extensive relationships and stellar reputation for client service, enable him to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of his clients. Since 2016, Art has overseen over 2M square feet of high-end office space development on behalf of his national portfolio client, Fannie Mae, totaling over $2.5 billion in development costs. He currently co-leads a team of ten with his partners Kurt Richter and Ned Goodwin.
