About
Mr. Goodwin co-leads a 10-person team focused on Tenant Representation in the DC Metro Region and global account management. Mr. Goodwin joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2014. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Goodwin was with a boutique tenant representation firm in Washington, D.C. for five years. He has a proven track record of providing real estate transaction management, development advisory, strategic planning and real estate solutions to Fortune 500 companies, law firms, not-for-profits, government contractors, and tech startups. During his career, Ned has completed over 600 lease and sale transactions totaling over 10 million square feet and $6B in total consideration. Ned has been involved in over 4M square feet of build to suits and speculative ground up developments. He has won Transaction of the Year Awards four times in three different jurisdictions.
