About
Kurt Richter joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2009 in the Washington, DC office. He brings with him over 35 years of commercial real estate advisory experience with a primary focus on landlord and tenant representation. Kurt is a senior member of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Not-for-Profit Practice Group and the Legal Sector Advisory and specializes in working with law firms and non-profits across the Washington Metropolitan Region. He has been awarded either D.C. or Virginia’s Leasing/Sale Deal of the Year eight times, and Dallas Leasing Deal of the Year in 2015. He currently co-leads a team of 10 with his partners Art Santry and Ned Goodwin.
