With thirteen years’ experience as a design consultant, Damon has recently commenced at C&W to manage the Defence Estate Works Program. His broader experience primarily encompasses government projects of varying size and complexity, including project management, design management, technical design review, value management, ecological sustainable development and risk management including Safety in Design.
With a breadth of experience in stakeholder engagement, he has managed the preparation, execution and review for all elements of a project. More specific, managing stakeholders and expectations at all levels of the project lifecycle – from initial pursuit through to delivery.
Damon has extensive experience in design review compliance management and coordination, project controls, budgeting and variation management to ensure deliverables are achieved on time, to budget and in accordance with the conditions of contract.
As a Client Relationship Manager, he has been responsible for coordinating teams of national resources, including a coordinated approach for Defence and other Government pursuits, fostering and growing a team of technical professionals and managing broader internal organisational relationships as well as external client relationships.
