He has over 14 years of specialised local experience, negotiating some of the largest and most intricate leasehold and sale agreements across all regions of the city.
Ed has specifically in the last 7 years, concluded negotiations for over 35,000sqm of commercial leases estimated at over $50 million of gross effective leasehold value and is regarded as one of the city’s most prominent authorities in matters relating to developing leasing and divestment solutions for commercial property owners.
