Georgina’s roles within the Real Estate Industry have included listed entities, fund managers and the Metro Train Station Portfolio over recent years. Georgie commenced her real estate career with Collins commercial originally as the receptionist and then moved into a sales and leasing role, followed by office manager and then on to Property Management. In 2005, Georgie established herself as a real estate professional working over multiple clients and diverse classes of property including retail shopping centres, commercial and industrial. Georgie established long term relationships with her clients including the Metro Train Station portfolio which encompasses 218 metropolitan railway stations and over 400 leases associated with these sites. Georgie not only manages day to day issues with innovation but also strategically manages property assets to minimise vacancy and maximise their potential yields.
