About

Bringing clarity to decisions that shape communities

Leonie brings more than 20 years of experience advising on programs that sit at the heart of public outcomes. She specialises in justice and broader social infrastructure strategy, helping governments, NGOs and private sector partners make clear, confident decisions on complex mandates.

Leonie’s work is focused on the clear alignment of purpose, evidence and the long-term community benefit. This comes to life across policy development, demand analysis, strategy, commercial structuring and delivery pathways. She supports clients navigating affordability pressures, sustainability requirements and system wide reform.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Leonie served as a Managing Director in PwC’s Real Estate Advisory team, where she guided major capital and social infrastructure programs from early stage strategy through to commercial and delivery planning across Australia and internationally.
