Todd started his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as a Contracts Administrator. As part of the contract management team Todd assisted the National and regionally placed Program Managers to lead and manage various Defence Regions throughout Project Delivery Services. The Program covers all aspects of the Defence Estate Nationally including wharfs, training areas, and office and support buildings and infrastructure. Nationally, this included Program Management of approximately 700 projects per annum.

In mid-2016 Todd transitioned into the Business Analyst role. In this client facing role Todd worked with complex data sets, utilising advanced analytical and reporting techniques to deliver reporting and visualization to a high standard. This included reporting on Projects financial and milestone data to communicate a Program status to the client. The reporting suite includes a mix of operational, ad‐hoc and proactive analysis of reporting activities.

In April this year Todd transitioned into a Program Manager role servicing the Australian Taxation Office’s infrastructure program. This role involves managing the delivery of approximately 30 project per annum ranging from small fit-outs to large refurbishments. This includes overseeing the financials, schedules, and risks for each individual project to ensure the best outcome for the client.
