Markéta is a sustainability consultant, certified BREEAM In-Use auditor, and project manager with four years of experience delivering projects across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

She has extensive expertise in building certifications under the BREEAM and WELL schemes, having successfully led multiple recertifications and strategies to improve BREEAM scores at both asset and portfolio levels. Her work also includes advisory services in EU Taxonomy and the development of net-zero pathways (Net Zero Roadmaps).

At Cushman & Wakefield, Markéta focuses on ESG assessments and strategic consulting, supporting clients at both the asset and portfolio level to enhance sustainability performance and regulatory alignment.
