The Challenge
Cushman & Wakefield Project Development Services team began working with global automotive supplier Valeo by preparing a Feasibility Study for their future expansion in Rakovník. We were appointed to provide complete project management services for the factory extension by the Hall IV construction.
The Solution
Consultancy services for Valeo included all phases of the project, which began with project documentation, permits obtaining and technical procurement of the demolitions and construction supervision. Alongside this phase was the preparation of the other 13,000 sq m expansion and construction of the Hall VI.
The Results
During this project Valeo appointed us to help them with preparation for Hall V and several other smaller projects such as a test circuit in Milovice and their Research Centre in Hostivař.
