With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, André has extensive knowledge of the office market across the central, northern, and eastern regions of the Netherlands. He supports organisations in making real estate decisions that align with their business objectives, growth ambitions, and Corporate Real Estate strategies.

André has extensive experience in lease acquisitions and disposals, acquisition and sale transactions, investment-related matters, and lease negotiations. He supports clients throughout the entire process, from strategic advisory and location analysis through to negotiations and transaction management. Through his market knowledge, commercial insight, and results-driven approach, he builds long-term relationships and creates sustainable value for his clients.
