About

As International Partner, Head of Asset Services, Regional Head Central Netherlands, and a member of the Strategic Leadership Team and RICS, Arjen leads a team of 160 professionals and has supported a large number of (international) clients across the full spectrum of Property Management. He has also advised national and international institutional investors on both direct and indirect cross-border investments and leasing.

Arjen began his career in 1997, working for international real estate firms. After spending 10 years working independently in real estate investments and leasing, he continued his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 as Head of Retail. Based in the Utrecht office, he serves national and international clients and leas various real estate teams. In January 2022, he was appointed Head of Asset Services.

My Team

Asset Services covers all commercial, technical, and financial activities related to the Property Management of assets across Offices, Retail, Living, Logistics, and Hotels. Through strategic partnerships and dedicated teams, we support clients in enhancing asset performance and occupier satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of properties, including landmark assets such as WTC Rotterdam, GHG Rotterdam, WTC The Hague and Secoya Utrecht.
