Arno van Beek is a Partner and Technical & Operations Lead within Asset Services. Based in the Utrecht office, he is known by clients and colleagues as an experienced and results-driven professional with a strong background in Technical Management, Facility Management, and operational excellence within commercial real estate. Drawing on extensive industry experience and broad expertise, Arno has developed into a well-rounded leader with a strong focus on both operational performance and people-centric leadership.

As a member of the Asset Services Management Team, Arno specialises in technical and facilities management across complex real estate environments, including Office, Retail, and Industrial & Logistics assets. In this role, he is responsible for a wide range of disciplines, including ESG, HSSE, process optimisation, Hospitality, procurement, Contract Management, and service desk operations. Through his pragmatic and forward-thinking approach, he helps clients enhance asset performance and deliver sustainable, future-ready real estate solutions.

My Team

Arno leads and supports a team of approximately 70 Technical Managers, Facility Managers, Hospitality Managers, and technical support professionals, guiding them through a wide range of operational and strategic challenges. Together, they deliver high-quality Property Management services across a diverse portfolio of Office, Retail, and Industrial & Logistics assets.

Known for his approachable leadership style, collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills, Arno brings people together and inspires teams to achieve shared goals. This combination of technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills makes him a valued advisor to both clients and colleagues and a key contributor to the continued success of Asset Services.
