About
Bart de Kock is Senior Valuer and team Lead within Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, he advises companies, investors, property owners, educational institutions, healthcare organisations and industrial businesses on reinstatement valuations, insurance valuations, and valuations of plant, machinery, equipment and tenant's improvements.
With extensive experience in valuing a wide range of real estate assets and business property, Bart supports clients in establishing reliable values for insurance purposes in accordance with Article 7:960 of the Dutch Civil Code. His expertise covers industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, offices, residential properties, schools, healthcare real estate and large-scale property portfolios.
In addition to his work as a valuer, Bart leads the team responsible for carrying out reinstatement valuations and inventory valuations across the Netherlands. In this role, he oversees the quality of reporting, manages complex assignments and advises clients on matters relating to risk management, insurability and asset valuation.
Clients value Bart's pragmatic approach, technical expertise and ability to translate complex valuation challenges into clear, practical advice. By combining specialist knowledge with an efficient and responsive way of working, he helps organisations gain a clear understanding of the value of their real estate assets and business property.
My Team
Cushman & Wakefield's Reinstatement Valuation Team consists of a dedicated core group of specialists, supported by a flexible network of experienced valuers. This structure enables us to efficiently and accurately assess both individual assets and large-scale property and equipment portfolios.
We have extensive experience across a broad range of sectors, including the food industry, metal manufacturing, timber and plastics processing, the chemical sector, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, offices and residential portfolios.
