About

Diederik Oord is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial & Logistics practice and is responsible for the North East region of the Netherlands, covering the offices in Arnhem, Enschede, Groningen, and Zwolle. As a member of the Industrial & Logistics leadership team and Regional Head, he plays a key role in the continued growth of the region and the delivery of client services.

With more than 25 years of experience in the Dutch industrial and logistics real estate market, Diederik advises owners, occupiers, investors, and developers on a wide range of real estate challenges. His expertise includes leasing transactions, acquisitions and disposals, investment properties, and real estate solutions for owner-occupiers.

Diederik is known for his entrepreneurial approach, in-depth market knowledge, and extensive network within the logistics and industrial real estate sector. By combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, he helps clients identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and create long-term value.

In the North East of the Netherlands, Diederik leads a team of experienced professionals who support owners and occupiers of industrial and logistics real estate with transactions and strategic real estate matters. In his role as Regional Head, he also oversees professionals working acrossValuation & Advisory and Office Agency services.
