Gareth Tsang is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield's Retail Leasing team, based in Amsterdam. He advises institutional and private investors, property owners, developers, and national and international retailers on a wide range of retail real estate, leasing strategies, location advisory, and shopping district related matters.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Dutch retail market, Gareth has built a strong reputation within the country's leading high streets and prime retail destinations. He supports property owners in optimising the positioning and leasing performance of retail assets, while helping retailers identify locations that align with their brand, business model, and growth ambitions.

Drawing on his in-depth knowledge of both the real estate and retail sectors, Gareth translates commercial objectives into successful real estate solutions. He advises clients on leasing transactions, lease restructurings, and strategic real estate decisions, combining market insight with a practical and results-driven approach.
