Guus Wolters is an Associate within Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial & Logistics team in the Netherlands. Based in Eindhoven, he is responsible for logistics leasing activities across the southern and south-eastern regions of the Netherlands. He advises property owners, investors, developers, and occupiers on a wide range of matters relating to logistics real estate and industrial real estate.

With a strong focus on the regional markets of North Brabant and Limburg, Guus supports clients in positioning their assets, attracting suitable occupiers, and successfully executing leasing transactions. He combines in-depth market knowledge with a strong network across the logistics and industrial real estate sector.

Through his practical and results-driven approach, Guus helps clients identify opportunities, improve property performance, and align their real estate strategies with evolving market dynamics.
