About

Hugo Dangremond is a Senior Consultant within Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial & Logistics team in the Netherlands. Based in Utrecht and Amsterdam, he is responsible for agency activities across the Central Netherlands region and advises property owners, investors, developers, and occupiers on a broad range of real estate challenges within the industrial and logistics real estate market.

With extensive knowledge of the Dutch occupier market, Hugo supports clients with leasing, occupier representation, acquisitions and disposals, and strategic real estate advisory. He combines strong local market expertise with an extensive network of occupiers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities, realise real estate objectives, and create long-term value.

Hugo is known for his commercial, pragmatic, and results-driven approach. By understanding his clients' objectives and translating them into effective real estate strategies, he helps organisations navigate changing market conditions and make informed real estate decisions. With nine years of experience in commercial real estate, including more than seven years at Cushman & Wakefield, he has built a strong track record across the industrial and logistics sector.

My Team

Hugo is part of Cushman & Wakefield's national Industrial & Logistics team and specifically of the Randstad team. The team consists of regional specialists with in-depth knowledge of the industrial and logistics real estate market across the Randstad and Central Netherlands.

By combining local market expertise with Cushman & Wakefield's national and international network, the team advises property owners, investors, developers, and occupiers throughout the entire real estate lifecycle. Clients are supported with leasing, occupier representation, acquisitions and disposals, development projects, and strategic real estate advisory tailored to their business objectives.
