About

Jan Jonker leads Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands' Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Valuation Team for the northern region of the Netherlands, covering Groningen, Zwolle, Enschede, and Arnhem.

He advises a broad range of clients, including most major banks active in the Dutch market, institutional investors, developers, and semi-public organisations. With extensive knowledge of the regional commercial property market, he supports clients on a wide range of valuation, real estate advisory, and property-related matters.

In addition to his regional responsibilities, Jan advises national and international clients on municipal property tax (WOZ) appeals and valuation consultations. He works closely with specialists across Cushman & Wakefield's various sectors and service lines to deliver comprehensive real estate advice.

With more than 25 years of experience, Jan combines deep market knowledge with a pragmatic and analytical approach. His expertise, extensive network, and focus on attracting and developing new talent have made him a trusted advisor for a wide range of clients over many years.

My Team

The Northern Netherlands CRE Valuation Team consists of eight valuers and one assistant, operating across the Groningen, Zwolle, Enschede, and Arnhem regions.

The team focuses exclusively on valuation assignments within the region and supports banks, investors, developers, and semi-public organisations with a wide range of valuation and advisory services. By combining strong regional market knowledge with Cushman & Wakefield's national expertise, the team delivers independent, market-driven, and well-supported valuations.
